HTL is managed by professional and experienced board of directors:
Mr Ivor Omson (TEP)
Mr Ivor Omson is Chairman of Hamilton Trust Company (Nevis) Limited and a member of The Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
Ivor has in excess of 25 years experience in trust and corporate services.
Mr Chris Morton (Diploma ITM, TEP)
Mr Chris Morton, Resident Director joined the company 20 years ago in May 1998.
His role includes overseeing the day to day management and administration of the Trust Company.
As a retired banker with in extensive experience in Domestic, International Banking, Trust and Company Administration, Chris is well placed to be a prime asset to any client. This includes 16 years with Barclays Bank in Nevis, giving him a deep understanding of the sector.
Chris is Nevisian, married with a daughter and son and is a qualified member of The Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
Mr Pieter Oosthuysen (TEP)
Mr Pieter Oosthuysen is director of Hamilton Trust Company (Nevis) Limited and a member of The Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP) as well as certified ACAMS specialist.
Pieter is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily management, compliance, and administrative functions.
