Scale of Charges

Disbursements including but not limited to telephone, faxes, photocopying, courier, legal and travel expenses for attendances outside Hamilton Trust Company (Nevis) Limited’s usual place of business will be charged in addition on an annual basis or by arrangement with the client.

Administrative fees will be chargeable annually in arrears on a time basis or as otherwise agreed.

Should a large amount of time be incurred on a file, Hamilton Trust Company (Nevis) Limited reserves the right to render an interim invoice.

In certain circumstances fixed fees will be agreed in advance for a group of trusts and companies. This fee will be reviewed annually or by arrangement with the client.

Fees to cover time costs incurred for the termination, dissolution or transfer of a trust / company. Fees for the transfer to another administrator will be on a time spent basis. Fees collected in advance are nonrefundable should the trust / company be terminated or transferred during the period. Updated
